Redesign Oh Brüder Coffee Roast Space
The roast space has been used to a lot of things, breaking the dynamic of the roasting and packing work. The challenge was to remodel the space to bring more space for the Green coffee bags, and still have a good look and work flow.
The space look beautiful, but don't have a good workflow.
I create a model of the actual space to remodel the internal space
The machine was moved to give a better space for the green coffee bags, and separate with a glass wall to not separate the roast space. Another machine was add, for the necessity to have more coffee been roast.
The project was to change que actual space, and remodel to adapt to more space to roast and be a visual place to receive clients.
